All decisions regarding the selection of winners, criteria for awards, and final outcomes of the Awards are at the sole discretion of the event organisers. This authority extends to any interpretations of the rules or conditions stated herein or elsewhere regarding the Awards.
Amendment of Terms: The event organisers reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice to participants or other parties. Continued participation in the Awards following any amendments signifies acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
Exclusion of Warranties: Sydney Markets Limited makes no warranties or guarantees, either expressed or implied, regarding the operation, fairness, or expected outcomes of the Fresh Awards. Participation in the Awards is at the participants' own risk.
No Right to Appeal: There shall be no right to appeal or contest the decisions of the event organisers concerning the selection of winners or any other judgments made in the course of the Awards.
Reservation of Rights: All rights in connection with the management and operation of the Fresh Awards are expressly reserved by the event organisers. This includes, but is not limited to, the right to suspend, modify, or cancel the Awards at any time due to unforeseen circumstances.
By participating in the Fresh Awards, all participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
